Riley Hays & Sarah Kirk Hays

Owners

Riley & Sarah Hays have always had a passion for helping others. Both received their

Bachelor degrees from Oklahoma State University and have deep roots in the state of Arkansas. While Sarah was pursuing her Doctorate degree in Chicago, Riley was a

licensed insurance adjuster, which helped him gain valuable knowledge he utilizes

today in his company. Riley has been in the Roofing Industry for over 18 years and

always strives for excellence on his projects. Riley and Sarah reside in Little Rock with

their four children, two boys and two girls. They are very active in their community and

enjoy outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing and bike riding. They believe family,

faith and hard work are the most important core values to running a successful business.

Mike Kirk

Office & Human Resources Manager

Mike joined the Riley Hays Roofing (RHR) team in February 2023. A primary function of his position is to assist and support the front line staff in carrying out their essential duties. Further, he provides human resources support for the entire RHR team. His prior work experience includes working as a chemist for Kraft Foods for 14 years followed by a 23-year career inhigher education as a teacher, administrator, and counselor. When away from the office, he enjoys church, running, pickleball, and the amazing outdoor opportunities afforded all who call Arkansas home. But he most enjoys time with family, especially his grandchildren.

Jared Riley

Residential Sales/Project Manager

Jared joined the team at Riley Hays Roofing in the spring of 2015. He has had extensive experience in the roofing and construction industries since 2007. He has a passion for his work and in developing lasting relationships with his customers. He enjoys the challenges of this industry, and especially enjoys complex tasks associated with custom roof systems of all types. He was raised in the construction industry and hopes to continue the traditions of “old school” quality and craftsmanship that his father instilled in him. When he is not working, Jared enjoys nothing more than quality time with his family. He also enjoys outdoor activities and traveling to enjoy new places and experiences. 

Karen Ramirez

Administrative Specialist

Karen joined the Riley Hays Roofing team in the spring of 2022.  Every day she strives to learn more about the industry to give our customers the best service. 

Outside of the office, she loves creating quality memories with her loved ones, from at-home movie nights to spontaneous road trips. She also uses her creative skills to design small events.

Wayne Robinson

Field Operations Manager

Wayne started with Riley Hays Roofing in the spring of 2018. He is a proud father of 3 boys, and has been happily married for 16 years. Wayne enjoys wood working and hanging out with his family in his free time.

Jorge Garcia

Residential Sales/Project Manager

Jorge joined the Riley Hays Roofing Team the summer of 2019. He loves learning new things and helping the team grow. He enjoys working with other to exercise good team building to get the job done. During his time off Jorge, enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors exploring nature and enjoying life to the fullest.

Kwesi Hunter

Residential Sales/Project Manager

Kwesi started with Riley Hays Roofing & Construction in the summer of 2021. He has extensive years of insurance claims experience.  Kwesi has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Arkansas University. Prior to joining Riley Hays Roofing & Construction, he was a drilling fluids engineer in the oilfield. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and golfing.

Rodney Carr

Residential Sales/Project Manager

Rodney joined the Riley Hays Roofing team in August of 2020. He has been in the construction industry since he was 18 years old. His hobbies are basically anything that gets him outdoors for activities such as fishing, hiking, hunting, and kayaking.

He has three daughters; a set of twins and a 7 year old.

Tyler Kelley

Commercial Sales/Project Manager

Tyler Kelley joined the Riley Hays Roofing team in August of 2022 after separating from active duty military. Tyler is still serving the country with the Houston National Guard, as apart of their Bomb Squad unit. In his free time, Tyler enjoys golfing, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.

Memo Bello

Repair Specialist

Memo joined the Riley Hays roofing team in the summer of 2022. He has extensive construction experience since 2011. Since joining the Riley Hays team, he has enjoyed learning how roofing systems work. He likes to spend time with his wife and children. He enjoys exploring nature by taking his family on hiking trips, fishing and walking trails. On Sundays he takes his family to church to hear the word of God.

Taylor Morris

Field Support

I served in the US Air Force bomb squad for over a decade, learning the values of duty and courage. My world revolves around my wife, Caitlin, and our two daughters, Alli and Maddi. Growing up in Oklahoma, I developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. As a devout Christian, my faith is a guiding force in my life, shaping my values and decisions. While my military days are behind me, the lessons I learned about loyalty and sacrifice continue to resonate. Family is everything to me, and I cherish every moment we spend together, knowing that our bond is strengthened by our shared beliefs and love for one another.

William Lafferty

Commercial Estimator/Project Manager

William joined the RHR team in early summer of 2023. He built an extensive knowledge base working in many roles and facets in the construction industry from 2001-2017. Since that time, he has utilized and built upon that base as a large loss building consultant in the claims adjusting industry advising insureds and adjusters through the restoration process. William takes great pride in delivering a quality product to clients. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children supporting their many endeavors. His spare time is usually spent hunting with his son, going on atv rides with his daughter and visiting with friends.

Huey Kelley

Commercial Driver

Huey joined the Riley Hays Roofing team in January of 2024. He recently moved from

Washington State to join his family out here in Arkansas. He enjoys playing golf in his free time and being outside. He also enjoys spending time with his family, including his 2 year old Grandson.

Ismael Gomez

Repair Specialist

Ismael joined the team at Riley Hays roofing in summer of 2022. He comes from a family of

hardworking roofers and loves to learn new things everyday from this trade. In his free-time he enjoys going out to lakes, mountains and spending quality time with his family.

Sarah Kelley

Administrative Specialist

Sarah joined the Riley Hays Roofing team in September of 2022, previously working for Riley from 2018 to 2020 before moving to Washington State. Sarah is originally from Idaho, and came to Arkansas due to her husband being in the Air Force. In her free time she enjoys reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with her loved ones. She also has a busy 2 year old son Paxton, who loves to be on the go!
